I moved from Kent to Southsea in 2010 to study Illustration at UOP and began an apprenticeship in tattooing during my second year. I’ve always been drawn to illustrative blackwork and printmaking, influences that are central to my tattoo practice. While my tattoo work is predominantly black and grey, I enjoy using painting as a creative outlet to explore colour. In 2022, I began working with glass painting and gilding—a craft I continue to explore and refine.

Each piece is hand-painted directly onto the glass, gilded with 24-carat gold leaf, and embellished with mother of pearl. I’m excited to keep pushing the boundaries of this medium and to see how it evolves within my wider creative practice.
